30 years experience as an International Brand and HR consultant has given me invaluable exposure to the workings of business and the privilege of guiding and coaching leaders and their employees. This has giving me a unique, in-depth insight into what it really takes for organisations and leaders to be purposeful, meaningful, successful and inspiring.

I have witnessed first hand what happens when we truly know and can explicitly state our purpose -it laser beams our actions,clarifies our decision making, helps us overcome obstacles and inspires others to be part of our story.

Approach
Helping people identify and deeply understand who they are, their values and purpose is central to my coaching programmes. Your purpose is part of your DNA and although you may not be able to explicitly state what this is, at some level you already implicitly know what your purpose is. We help you discover this and create your own personal brand; utilising powerful questions, career and psychological assessments, in-depth interviews, visualisation and various other tools and techniques.
With experience working with people from varying cultures and in all types of roles I build rapport and tap into an individual’s situation very quickly and easily. I bring a lot of enthusiasm and energy to coaching - for those I coach I am their greatest advocate and cheerleader. I have over 30 years of corporate/branding experience with the last 21 years
predominantly working as a HR consultant specialising in employer/personal branding,
psychological assessment for selection and career development, executive coaching,
training and providing transition support across a broad range of industries in New Zealand, UK, USA, Australia and Asia.
This has given me invaluable exposure to the workings of global business and to recognise
and truly understand what makes someone inspiring,meaningful and purposeful.
